Electrifying X-treme LLC provides our customers with a variety of services to create a safe party environment your guests will remember for years to come. Our staff is committed to reaching that goal on a daily basis and strictly follows the policies listed below in order to ensure that safety standard is met.
RENTAL POLICY
We have various pricing structures depending on your needs. All of our standard rentals are for five hours and additional time is available for a nominal fee. Our price includes setup, delivery and removal of the contracted units and unless otherwise stated, do not include attendants (which are required by law in order for an inflatable ride to be in operation). We provide free delivery for anyone in a 20 mile radius of our warehouse. Distances that are further will incur a slight delivery fee. Please see our delivery page for more information. We do not provide delivery for any event that is less than $250.
For all rentals their must be direct access to where the inflatable will be setup. Due to the nature of these inflatables and the fact they weigh upwards of 300lbs; stairs, drastic drops, uneven ground and small openings/gates are not condusive for delivery. The ground must be level for the entire designated area or the unit can not be setup. The unit may also not rub against fences, brick walls or other surfaces that may injure the occupants and/or puncture/damage the ride. The area above the unit must also be clear of any power lines, tree branches, etc. Our drivers have the right to refuse setup of a contracted unit, if the space designated does not meet the requirements posted on our website, in our catalog or outlined by our office staff when placing your order or if they feel it will not provide a safe environment for the patrons.
For moonbounces you need at least a 21'W x 25'L area for adequate access to the inflatable. For your convienience, if you click on any of our pictures throughout the website, you will have direct access to all the requirements for that specfic ride.
Most units utilize one blower which requires a 20-amp circuit. The blower runs continuously during your event. Larger units may require multiple blowers which all need their own circuit. We include up to 100' of cord. If a power source is further than 100' away, NJ state law requires you to add on a generator to your order.
DEPOSIT/REFUND POLICY
If you have any questions regarding the unit, please ask in advance. In the event you have not met the necessary space and/or power requirements, your deposit will not be refunded. If the ride does not fit, we will do our best to swap out your unit based upon our availability of equipment and/or staff. We STRONGLY suggest you measure ahead of time and call with any questions as to not be disappointed upon delivery. In the event we can provide an alternative solution, your delivery will move to the end of our delivery schedule as to not disrupt ontime deliveries for other customers who have met the necessary requirements. We cannot guarantee we will be able to swap out a unit due to your neglect, so we can not stress enough to measure in advance so we can execute your delivery as planned.
In the event you cancel your delivery within two weeks before the date of your rental, you will be billed a cancellation fee which will be 50% of the total bill. We will deduct any deposits that have been paid from that amount and bill your credit card on file the remaining amount. In the event you paid by check, you will be responsible for the remaining balance within 15 days and will be billed at the email address on file. Understand these items are held for you upon placing your order and thus we turn away potential customers for that specific item. So please make sure you have the right dates and time upon booking your rental.
Please also read our weather cancellation policy below in regard to your deposit.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any date and serves as your confirmation for that event. All balances as well as the signing of any rental agreements, are due prior to setup of the unit, and the balance will not be pro-rated regardless of any dissruptions due to inclement weather thereafter. We reserve the right to cancel in advance due to unsafe weather conditions. We also may cut short services during your event at any time if the weather is not condusive to operating the ride or may cause injury to the participants, attendants and/or the unit itself. Certain rides do have wind restrictions that we must abide by according to state law. In the event your rental has been cancelled in advance, we will honor the deposit for one full year from your contracted date for the rental of the same or equivalent items. You may reschedule your event and we will do our best to provide you with the same or equivalent items based on availability. If your event is cancelled after our driver has left our warehouse and/or has arrived to your site, the deposit will be forfeited. If the driver has setup the ride, regardless of the weather thereafter, the full balance is due.
ATTENDANT POLICY
New Jersey State Law requires inflatable rides to have a trained attendant (16 years or older) on duty at all times while a ride is in operation. Our staff is trained annually and certified for these events. At our discretion, you may provide your own attendant after they have been properly trained by our staff and meet any necessary state requirements. If you choose to provide your own attendant, they must be of age and trained by our employees upon delivery. In addition, they will have to sign a document stating the rules of the ride and that they have been properly trained to operate that specific ride. If an attendant is not present the ride must be shut down until they have returned. All weight, size, height and occupancy requirements must be observed at all times.
For all public and larger events, we require the use of our staff to meet the required attendants for each ride, in order to ensure a safe and controlled environment for all of the guests attending your event. We will let you know which events we can substitute your staff for in an effort to differ your expenses.
